Publishing Products Category 1, though subject to limited acceptance by New River Publications, LLC, involves minimal up-front costs to the author. If your book is accepted into Publishing Products Category 1, New river Publications, LLC will assume the financial burden of publishing and marketing to sell books. Publishing Products Category 1 still requires the author to work hand in hand with us to insure that you sell books. This means you must work hard to sell books by engaging individuals and groups, always telling them the benefit of reading your book to their lives. You will continue to need an optimized author website (provided and maintained for one year by us), and you will need to develop content for that website if your book is accepted into our traditional publishing program under Publishing Products Category 1.

    Currently, the only book genres New River Publications, LLC will consider for traditional publishing under this publishing products category are nonfiction that help readers learn or develop skills that will help them personally or professionally. Specifically, books included in Publishing Products Category 1 must appeal to a broad audience, one that allows the author and publisher to sell books in large quantities.

Publishing Products Category 1 Submission Guidelines

Here are some guidelines to keep in mind when preparing your material:

• New River Publications, LLC considers only nonfiction titles for Publishing Products Category 1 inclusion. We do not publish fiction or poetry at this time.
• New River Publications, LLC accepts for consideration book proposals and finished or partial manuscripts for Publishing Products Category 1. We will also consider previously published books to which you own the publishing rights.
• Proofread carefully. Show us your best writing effort, as our decision to include your book into our traditional Publishing Products Category 1 is based on what we read, not what we believe your published book could be if rewritten.
• Include a brief marketing plan, with a description of your potential audience, a list of similar books, and what your book offers that sets it apart from the competition. The name of the game is to sell books. And, part of that mission to sell books dictates that you not overlook this step. If you cannot convince us that your title as written will sell books, we simply cannot afford to include it under our Publishing Products Category 1.
• Please refer to our Contact Us page for email and mailing addresses. It will take us 4-6 weeks to review your submission; however, in some cases, it may take longer. You are welcome to follow up by email if you have not heard back from us within 8 weeks.
• You are welcome to submit your book to other publishers during the process.

What topics might be a fit for New River Publications, LLC to consider a title for inclusion in our traditional publishing products category?

Many topics fit into the scope of our interest. Our first project was Searching for the Open Door: A Woman's Struggle for Survival After a Traumatic Brain Injury, Cynthia Doroghazi's highly inspirational true story about her physical and spiritual recovery from traumatic brain injury. . Our second title, How to Renovate for Profit, is self explanatory. We are currently considering a book geared to investing for lawyers and physicians. 1. We will all sell books if the idea is profitable;
2. We will all sell books if you are passionate about and qualified to write on the subject; and,
